How soon do I get my code?
The order page shows it after payment, and we email it to your order address. Alipay / WeChat Pay may take a few seconds to confirm.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay and WeChat Pay. Scan the QR code on desktop, or open Alipay directly on mobile.
I lost my code. What now?
Use your receipt link or verify your checkout email on the orders page. Contact support if neither is available.
I didn't get the email.
Check your spam folder and confirm your order email. Your code also appears on the order page. Contact support if needed.
My payment failed.
You can place a new order. If you were charged but got no code, contact support.
